How long does a custom engraving order take?
Most custom pieces are made and shipped within a few business days after your design is approved. Larger bulk runs take a little longer, and we'll always give you a clear timeline up front. If you have a hard deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to meet it.
What file types do you accept for custom artwork?
We accept most common image and document formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, and SVG. Clear, high-resolution files give the sharpest engraving, but if all you have is a photo or a rough sketch, send it over and we'll let you know what works best.
Do I get to see a proof before you make my order?
Yes. For custom work we send a digital proof or test so you can confirm the design looks exactly right before we engrave the final piece. We won't go to production until you're happy with it.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
